Find Your Ward & District

As elected or appointed Members of the Democratic Committee in Carnegie, we represent the people in each Ward and District in Carnegie.

For our constituents, we want to keep Carnegie a great place to live and work.  Help us get to know you.  Let us know what you want to see for Carnegie.

Here are two maps of Carnegie showing Wards – 1 and 2 and the four districts within each ward. This is a quick visual showing your ward, but if your street is partially in one or the other ward, you can check your ward using one of the other methods below. Your ward determines which seats on our Borough Council you are eligible to vote for.

This listing on Carnegie Borough’s website will show you which streets are included in each of our eight precincts. This indicates your precinct’s ward and district, and from there helps determine who is your Carnegie Democratic Committee person, if currently in office.

As a general reference, Ward 1 is on the EAST side of Chartiers Creek, and Ward 2 is on the WEST side of Chartiers Creek. Each Ward is divided into 4 districts. Your Ward and District numbers determine which precinct you reside in.

Another way to find your Ward and District is on the Pennsylvania Department of State Voter Registration Lookup.  There you can enter your name or driver’s license number and find your precinct (ward and district), along with your voter status and polling place.
