Whoever thought about Mt. Everest being this littered with human garbage? But it is. It is now a mountain of garbage. Garbage.
Our small contribution to the mess only seems like a little bit that won’t matter. Just like doing good, everything counts. It all adds up.
This Christmas, may we pick up after ourselves wherever we go and give the gift of thoughtfulness for the Earth. It is a gift we give ourselves and all creatures. The earth gives us everything until — like The Giving Tree, it is all used up.
