The Carnegie Democratic Committee is a group of volunteer members of the community who are willing to serve as representatives of their local district. As elected and appointed Members of the Democratic Committee in Carnegie, members represent the people in each Ward and District in Carnegie. Find your ward by street.
As a general reference, Ward 1 is on the EAST side of Chartiers Creek and Ward 2 is on the WEST side of Chartiers Creek. Each Ward has Districts 1 to 4 that further specifies your representative. And, further, each District has one male and one female representative.

Note in the chart above that some of the seats are vacant. We would like to have all the positions filled to properly and fully represent Carnegie in all Districts.
To find out which Ward and District you are in, so you know if there is a vacancy in your District, there are several ways:
1- A map of Carnegie showing Wards – 1 and 2. This is a quick visual showing your ward but if your street is partially in one or the other, you can check your ward from one of the other methods below.
2- This chart on Carnegie Borough’s website will show you your ward and thereby your Committee Representative, by checking where you normally vote.
3- Another way to find your Ward and District is on the Pennsylvania Department of State Voter Registration Lookup. There you can enter your name or driver’s license number and find your Ward and Section along with your voter status and polling place. Very handy.
Would you or someone you know be a good fit? Are you:
1- a Democrat?
2- a Carnegie citizen?
3- want to help make Carnegie an even more livable borough?
4- interested in making a difference somehow?
