DEBATE WATCH PARTY!
Next Monday, SEPTEMBER 26th, is the first presidential debate! The PA Democratic Party and the Carnegie Democratic Committee have organized a DEBATE WATCH PARTY at the Carnegie Stage, OFF THE WALL THEATER: http://www.insideoffthewall.com/plan-your-visit All Democrats are invited. BRING A FRIEND! There is plenty of space.
We thank Hans and Ginny Gruenert for donating the use of their space, which ensures that we have the best watch party in the county!
THE DEBATES WILL AIR FROM 9pm to 10:30pm ET, but the PARTY will start at 8:00 pm!
The Carnegie Dems Committee will provide food and drinks for the event!
The Democratic campaign workers for our area will be in attendance. Ahead of the debates the Democratic Party staff member from the South Hills Campaign Headquarters, Megan Kay, will speak about campaign activities and progress. Hillary’s campaign, is a coordinated campaign with the State ticket; there are NOT two separate campaigns in Pennsylvania.
Only one week to get the word out! This is a good opportunity to invite folks who might be potential local candidates themselves. If you know someone who is competent and might be willing to run for office, you need to bring them. We need all of our local Dems (past, present, and future) at this event!
